Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

All appointments are exclusive reservations and time is specifically set aside for you alone. We encourage patients only to make appointments that they know they will keep.

We value your time and are happy to schedule longer appointments to minimize disruptions to your daily routine and work commitments. This is done by completing as much treatment in a single visit as possible.

Although we endeavor to and do run to time in most instances, emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally result in appointment book schedule changes. We trust that affected patients will be understanding in the rare event that this may occur.

Similarly patients may also need to reschedule an appointment due to an unanticipated event. We ask that where possible 48 hours notice is provided if you are unable to attend so that we may offer this reservation to another patient.

At our discretion we reserve the right to charge a nominal $25 fee per 30 minutes of scheduled time for an appointment which is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If we are successful in re-allocating your appointment to another patient the cancellation fee will be waived.
